The Day Morning Never came narrates how a little boy creatively unmask the faceless giants that looted the community treasury for so many years.
The anti-corruption awareness campaign tagged “CYIAC Corruption Busters (CCB)” Animated Movie Series target general public with a view to draw the attention of general public to corrupt practices associated with their everyday life and its unimaginable negative impact on individuals and society. The first three series - Hand on Canvass, Reclamation and Corruption The Musical were released during the launch of CCB campaign on December 9, 2017 to mark International Anti-Corruption Day.The campaign focuses on corruption and its effects on democracy, social development, education, health, justice and economic growth.
“CYIAC strategy is to promote creativity, develop talents and build confidence in children and youth through the promotion of quality education, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. The CYIAC initiatives are channelled towards sustainable corruption prevention, with clear goals; working towards achieving SDGs in 2030 “said Foluke Michael, Project Director of the Creative Youth Initiative Against Corruption.The campaign was based on raw ideas from young people to promote culture of integrity. The project provides participants with capabilities they require to become economically productive, develop sustainable livelihoods, contribute to peace, justice and strong institutions and take bold steps in creating the future desire.
CYIAC emerged as United Nations SDG Award Winner in Innovator category at the first-ever United Nations SDG Action Awards in recognition of the most outstanding efforts to inspire action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Global Festival of Action for Sustainable Development was held in Bonn, Germany in March 2018, The Festival was organised by UN SDG Action Campaign.
